CAMP FROMAWAY REGISTRATION OPEN NOW! Camp is July 13th-17th, 2026, from 12-2 pm ET. Registration is now closed.

Interested in joining Upopolis? Yes! Complete the form linked below. We will follow up within a few days with an email inviting you to meet one of our Upopolis team members, a Certified Child Life Specialist, over Zoom ( we call this a Drop In). Once you meet them and we confirm you are a teen and answer any questions you have, a link will be emailed to you to activate your account.  Register by completing this form. Note: Drop-ins happen on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 6:30 pm ET

Diagnosis Specific Meet-Ups (aka Common Grounds Groups) are offered monthly for:

  • Diabetes on the third Wednesday of the month, next date is  July 15th  (7 pm ET)
  • Grief Workshop Monday, July 13th at 5:45 pm ET
  • Cystic Fibrosis on the last Monday of the month, next date July 28th (6:15 pm ET)
  • NEW Cardiology Mondays, next date July 13th at 7:15 pm ET
  • Scoliosis group next date Tuesday, July 14th (7:15 pm ET)

  • Epilepsy
  • Facial Differences
  • Youth of Adult Patients
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Cancer
