Interested in joining Upopolis? Yes! Complete the form linked below. We will follow up within a few days with an email inviting you to meet one of our Upopolis team members, a Certified Child Life Specialist over Zoom ( we call this a Drop In). Once you meet them and we confirm you are a teen and answer any questions you have, a link will be emailed to you to activate your account.  Register by completing this form. Note: Drop-ins happen on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 6:30 pm ET

Diagnosis Specific Meet-Ups (aka Common Grounds Groups) are offered monthly for:

  • Diabetes on the third Wednesday of the month, next date is June 17th   & July 15th  (7 pm ET)
  • Epilepsy on the second last Monday of the month, next date June 23rd & July 21st (7:15 pm ET)
  • Facial Differences next dates Wednesday, June 10th (7:15 pm ET)
  • Youth of Adult Patients next dates Wednesday, June 10th (6:15 pm ET)
  • Cystic Fibrosis on the last Monday of the month, next date May 26th & July 28th (6:15 pm ET)
  • Scoliosis on the last Monday of the month, next dates June 16th & July 14th (7:15 pm ET)
  • NEW Cardiology Tuesdays,  June 9th & 13th (7pm ET)
  • Crohn’s Disease meet-ups are on Thursdays, next date May 21st (7:15 pm ET)
  • Cancer meet-ups are on Thursdays, next date TBD (6:15 pm ET)
  • Grief Workshop Monday, June 8th & July 13th at 5:45 pm ET
