For Youth

Express interest in joining Upopolis by participating in a Drop In to meet up with one of the Upopolis team members and other youth wanting to join and learn about Upopolis too. Register by completing this form.

  • Drop-ins happen on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 6:30 pm ET

Diagnosis Specific Meet-Ups (aka Common Grounds Groups) are offered monthly for:

  • Diabetes on the third Wednesday of the month, next dates April 15th & May 20th (7 pm ET)
  • Epilepsy on the second last Monday of the month, next dates April 21st & May 19th (7:15 pm ET)
  • Facial Differences next dates Wednesday, May 6th (7:15 pm ET)
  • Youth of Adult Patients next dates Wednesday, May 6th (6:15 pm ET)
  • Cystic Fibrosis on the last Monday of the month, next date April 28th & May 26th (6:15 pm ET)
  • Scoliosis on the last Monday of the month, next dates April 28th & May 26th (7:15 pm ET)
  • Crohn’s Disease meet-ups are on Thursdays, next date May 21st (7:15 pm ET)
  • Cancer meet-ups are on Thursdays, next date May 21st  (6:15 pm ET)
  • Grief Workshop Monday, May 4th at 5:45 pm ET
